Abstract
The shape change of the steel sheets in the procedure of temper rolling, tin plating, cross cutting and baking was measured on tin sheet samples from a certain produce line. The values of longitudinal warp were obtained, counted and fitted. The results show that temper rolling was a key procedure affecting the shape of the steel sheets, and the value of warp obviously decreased after temper rolling. Straightening during procedure of tin plating could also improve the shape of the steel sheets. The results of this work were useful for advancing the technology of tin plating.
